Brian is a Graduate Environmental Scientist who joined TOBIN’s Environment and Planning Division in 2023. His experience is largely in the environmental planning and design of transport infrastructure and in the areas of EIA and SEA reporting.
He is a MSc Environmental Science graduate from Trinity College and previously achieved a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from Maynooth University.
In his free time, Brian enjoys hurling for his local club, hiking and supporting the Dubs in Croke Park.
