Sewwandi has joined TOBIN’s Building & Infrastructure Division as a Project Quantity Surveyor. She is a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor, holding membership with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS), recognition as a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS), and registration as a Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI – Q2140).

With over 19 years of experience in the industry, spanning both pre-contract and post-contract phases, she has developed deep expertise across building, infrastructure, and multi-construction projects. Her professional background includes 13 years with consultants/employers and 6 years with main contractors. She holds an MSc in Construction Project Management from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, and an Associate Degree in Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Sri Lanka (IQSSL).

In her spare time, she enjoys playing cricket and spending quality time with her family and friends.
