Jean is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in multiple industries. She holds an Honours Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Employment Law, both obtained from Technological University Dublin. Additionally, she has a Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute. Jean is a qualified Mediator with the Mediator Institute of Ireland and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She holds a Lean Green Belt in Process Improvement in Health Systems from University College Dublin. She has in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and Irish Employment Law. She was a member of the HR and Governance subcommittee for Jigsaw Charity.

In her role as Head of People and Culture, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and fostering positive company culture, ensuring HR practices not only comply with legal standards but also contribute to the company’s overall success by promoting employee well-being and engagement. In her free time, she helps within the community and is involved with a local Scout group. She also enjoys water sports and hiking.
