This project at Brooke House, Co. Kilkenny comprised of the construction of 5 independent living units, split into 3 building types. Type 1 consisted of the upgrade to the existing Brooke House Building, type 2 consisted of the construction of a two storey building with a duo-pitched roof designed by a specialist manufacturer and type 3 is a single storey flat roofed building suspended by one storey on RC concrete columns, on pile caps & piles.
