Road Safety Audit

Road Safety Audits are required under the EU Directive on Road Infrastructure Safety Management (EU RISM), and have been incorporated into Transport Infrastructure Ireland requirements since 2001. RSA are required on national road infrastructure projects resulting in a permanent change to the existing road layout. RSA are recommended on local and regional roads. TOBIN Team Leaders and Members are TII Approved. Our team are independent to the Design Team. Our RSA Team have extensive experience on national road schemes, minor road schemes, site development works which provides clear understanding of the safety considerations of all road users, with particular importance given to vulnerable road users.
