TOBIN Consulting Engineers was commissioned by Shannon Commercial to undertake a Condition Survey and prepare a Report on vacant office premises at Universal House, Shannon Free Zone, Co. Clare. The purpose of this report was to present the client with a detailed overview of the existing condition of the building based on our visual inspection and recommend a series of remedial works that would allow the premises to be leased out to prospective tenants.
TOBIN Consulting Engineers carried out a visual inspection to identify the general condition of the building and the nature and extent of the defects. This inspection included an assessment of all aspects of the building including the existing condition of the building structure, mechanical and electrical services, and the general building condition.
