This category is for an outstanding civil engineering project that has been completed in the past 3 years and is for projects that incorporate both unique and innovative design solutions or may offer the public new services or a level of convenience that was not available before. This Civil Engineering project was noted as being “a powerful cultural symbol, or a landmark structure”.

SUDS drainage design and water conservation principles were used.
