This project involved the complete refurbishment and fire upgrade works of a small office unit (130m²) located in the Old Terminal Building of Shannon Airport. TOBIN were responsible for the detailed assessment of the existing unit to identify the requirement for fire upgrade works and builders works associated with the new layout. TOBIN prepared the contract drawings and specifications and monitored construction progress.
