This project will transform an 11.6-acre greenfield site into a vibrant residential neighborhood, featuring 102 units—67 houses and 35 apartments—designed to accommodate diverse community needs. The development will include a childcare facility, a commercial retail unit, and integrated woodland and parkland areas, blending modern living with the preservation of the site’s natural, sylvan character.
