The regeneration project aspiration is simply for “Cappoquin to become the most vibrant town in West Waterford, capitalising on its natural assets of location, environment and heritage.” The overall regeneration proposal is divided into a number of individual projects which includes Outdoor Recreation and amenity development in the Blackwater River Valley Area.
