The works involved the refurbishment and fit-out of the ground, first & second floors and extension to the Piscatorial School, Galway City which is a protected structure.
The new fit-out of the building provides office space, a canteen and all associated furniture, fixtures and fittings including lighting, new hand-railings in stairwells, public address (PA) systems and signage.
Works also included all electrical and mechanical connections, fixtures and fittings in accordance with the associated contract drawings and specifications and fire safety upgrade works. TOBIN provided Civil & Structural Engineering, PSDP, Employer’s Rep., Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Fire Safety, and Assigned Certifier services.
