TOBIN acted as Lead Planning and Environmental Consultant for the €250 million Oweninny Wind Farm Phase 3 development in Co. Mayo. TOBIN managed the planning strategy, Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR), Natura Impact Statement (NIS), ecological assessments, stakeholder consultation, and all planning documentation associated with the redevelopment and expansion of the wind farm. The project comprises 18 new turbines and associated infrastructure, with planning permission granted by An Bord Pleanála in January 2025. The development is now progressing through construction.
