This extensive Pavement Asset Repair and Renewal Scheme (PARR) spanned two phases covering approximately 10km. The project addressed a range of critical issues including edge subsidence, flooding, roadside hazards, and substandard road geometry, impacting both rural and urban environments. Managed by TOBIN’s Roads Team, we oversaw every stage of the scheme from inception to completion, with construction successfully concluding in late 2024. The project exemplifies our commitment to enhancing infrastructure resilience and safety across diverse community settings.
