TOBIN were appointed by Galway City Council to design a replacement boiler installation (capable of interfacing with a combined heat and power plant, to be installed at a future date), at Leisureland in Salthill.
This project involves the preparation of Contract Documents (under the new Conditions of Contract), construction monitoring and acting as the Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP). This installation will be programmed and planned in such a manner that the heating system will remain operational at all times, with no impact on the users of the leisure facility.
