TOBIN played a pivotal role in the construction of a residential development on Cappagh Road, Galway, for Alber Homes. This project encompassed the creation of 42 units, comprising:
- 22 modern 3 and 4-bedroom houses
- 20 versatile 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments
The development showcases traditional concrete construction techniques and boasts “A” rated energy efficiency standards, ensuring sustainable living environments for residents.
The homes are designed around an expansive green space, enhancing community living with a dedicated children’s playground.
