This project focuses on the refurbishment and adaptation of historical buildings, preserving cultural heritage while providing modern amenities. This includes the former National Irish Bank building and the Bank of Ireland building, ensuring they remain integral parts of the community. Works also include enhancements to Main Street, Market Square, and Rocks Road, including new tree planting, greening, paving, and street furniture, creating more sustainable and livable urban spaces.
