As part of the overall proposed Inner Relief Road which includes approx. 1.1km of link road, footpaths & cycleways to connect to the existing 1.85km section of the Northern Inner Relief Road, the phase 1 works include Junction Upgrades and Signalisation, DMURS & NTA standard carriageway including full active travel provision between the R401 Kinnegad and R402 Dublin Roads.
