TOBIN Consulting Engineers provided Civil, Structural, PSDP and Traffic Services on this project which consists of 22 No. unit residential development including a mix of houses and apartments units. The homes are between 1400 to 2000 sq ft. with duplexes between 560 to 930 sq ft.

· Handover to Galway City Council (2021)
The site access and internal road network was designed to comply with DMURS and the requirements of Galway City Council. The road and house levels set so as to ensure a balance of cut and fill within the site while keeping the depth of rock breaking to a minimum. Full BCAR ancillary certification was provided for all structural and civil elements of the project.
