The Copper Coast Recreational Trail is located within the Copper Coast UNESCO Geopark, an area renowned for its unique geological features showcased along its stunning cliffs. This trail is designed to deliver significant benefits to the region, including economic growth and enhanced promotion of the Geopark’s invaluable work in education and conservation.
Situated within a Special Area of Conservation, the project demands a meticulous approach to ensure compliance with environmental and ecological requirements. TOBIN is leading the project management, coordinating a team of specialised sub-consultants, including ecologists, geologists, and archaeologists, to balance the trail’s development with the preservation of the area’s natural and cultural heritage.
