TOBIN provided Civil and Structural Engineering Design Services for the construction of a multi-storey Primary Care Centre comprising of a precast concrete frame structure at Coolock, Co. Dublin. The total building footprint is approximately 4,300m² over part 2/part 3 storey.
Site works included the demolition of an existing HSE Administration Building and Health Centre Building, site clearance, diversion of existing services, provision of foul, storm, and water main infrastructure, roads and parking and all associated site works.
This Multi-storey Primary Care Centre provides a wide range of primary care and community services including GP services, dental services, occupational therapy services, public health nursing, Child and Adolescent Mental Health facilities, Early Intervention units, social care and dietetic services.
A single-storey ambulance and paramedic base, bin store and surface carparking spaces, together with 18 No. cycle spaces, were provided as part of the design of the facility.
