TOBIN, An AtkinsRéalis Company, are delighted to share that planning permission has been received from Tipperary County Council for the Ballygammane Battery Energy Storage System, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. This Lightsource bp project will facilitate the integration of renewable energy into the grid, helping to support low-cost electricity and the enhanced reliability of the electricity grid.
TOBIN was appointed as lead planning and environmental consultants for this project, leading the preparation of the Planning and Environmental Considerations Report, Natura Impact Statement and all the planning documentation submitted for planning approval.
