This development consisted of works to refurbish and extend 2 existing disused and unoccupied dwellings within Galway City Centre.
The works consisted of complete conversation, refurbishment and fit-out including new mechanical and electrical systems. The existing timber sash windows were restored and existing structural members were maintained where possible. The existing features dating back to the early 20th century such as the fireplaces, front façade, window corbels were restored.
