TOBIN provided Civil & Structural Engineering Services and PSDP for the Slí na Craoibhe development on Clybaun Road, Knocknacarra, Galway. The project involved constructing 78 residential units, including 30 semi-detached houses, 18 terraced houses, and 30 apartments. These modern homes feature 1-bed and 2-bed apartments, 3-bed terraced homes, and 4-bed semidetached houses, all with concrete block construction and hollow core at first-floor level for soundproofing.
TOBIN used BIM Level 2, including ROBOT Structural and Tekla Structural Analysis modelling, Micro Drainage, and Civil 3d for civil works, ensuring greater design coordination and reducing unforeseen issues during construction.
