The project involves the demolition of an existing stone shed structure and the construction of 151 residential units, comprising a mix of houses, duplex units, and apartment units. In addition to the residential development, the project includes the construction of a 320 sq.m crèche facility to support the needs of the community. The development incorporates shared communal and private open spaces, car and bicycle parking, site landscaping, and public lighting. Essential infrastructure works include the installation of site services, as well as the provision of vehicular and pedestrian access to Letteragh Road and Bóthar Dhiarmuida.
Further site development works involve the excavation and installation of three stormwater attenuation units, petrol interceptors, and road gullies to manage surface water effectively. The project also includes the construction and connection of new road infrastructure, footpaths, road kerbs, and pedestrian walkways, along with the installation of a static storage tank. These works are designed to enhance accessibility and ensure the efficient operation of the development while integrating sustainable drainage solutions.
