Project Ireland 2040 includes objectives to develop Galway City as a regional city and driver of national growth. The project consists of the rejuvenation and upgrade of Galway City Centre’s Public Realm, to dramatically improve pedestrian and vehicular
movement and enhance shoppers, visitors, and the business community’s experience of Galway City.
