TOBIN is proud to provide PSDP and safety consultancy services to Dublin City Council for the upgrade of the Lord Mayor’s private self-contained residence on the 1st floor of the Mansion House on Dawson St, Dublin 2.
The Mansion House is of international significance with important civic, architectural, historical and cultural associations. The first sitting of Dáil Éireann was held here on the 21st of January 1919 which, Cathal Brugha read a ‘Declaration of Independence’.
