TOBIN Consulting Engineers provided Design & Construction services on 71 housing units at Avondale Park and Church Road, Dublin.
In addition to the Civil & Structural design of the units, TOBIN liaised with the Roads and Drainage Departments of the Local Authority to ascertain the likely conditions which may apply, and to ensure that designs were compliant with requirements. The existing water supply, surface water and sewage disposal information was also reviewed and a unique part of this development was the interaction with Irish Water under their new procedures and processes which the drainage design & water supply incorporated.
TOBIN also set out and reviewed all transport issues relating to the construction of the proposed development, liaising with the Roads Engineer and Local Planning Authority and ensuring access to all existing dwellings were maintained for the duration of the construction works.
