Tomás Jennings is an Associate Director within TOBIN’s Building & Infrastructure Division, with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry across the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Food and Aviation sectors in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East.
Tomás leads the commercial management of projects from concept through to completion, providing strategic cost advice, cost planning, procurement, and contract management services to both public and private sector clients.
As Associate Director, Tomás continues to play a key role in expanding TOBIN’s quantity surveying and cost management services, leading project teams and supporting the delivery of strategic infrastructure and development projects.
In addition to his project responsibilities, Tomás is an SCSI APC Counsellor and APC Assessor, mentoring candidates through the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) process and assessing prospective Chartered Surveyors. Through these roles, he actively supports the development of the next generation of quantity surveying professionals and contributes to maintaining professional standards within the industry.
