Maria completed her Civil Engineering degree in 2013 and went on to achieve a Master’s in Road and Transport Engineering in 2019. She is an Associate Director within TOBIN’s Roads and Transportation Division and a TII-approved Road Safety Auditor Team Leader, bringing extensive experience across a broad range of traffic and transportation projects.
Maria has delivered Traffic and Transportation Assessments for developments in the commercial, residential, educational, and healthcare sectors. She has also supported TOBIN’s Environmental Department in preparing Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs) for projects such as wind farms, solar farms, waste management facilities, and quarries.
Her expertise covers planning, detailed design, traffic management plans, and tender preparation, ensuring coordinated, compliant, and technically robust project delivery.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys the outdoors — particularly running, swimming, and hiking.
