With a successful track record in organisational growth and multi-disciplinary team development, he is recognised for his pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach and his ability to build strong teams that balance technical excellence with commercial awareness. Karl is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, Diploma in Corporate Governance and an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
Married with four busy kids, Karl is a keen rugby supporter and an occasional golfer.
