Jean is an accomplished HR professional with over 16 years of experience in Human Resources in multiple industries. Jean holds an Honours Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Employment Law, both from Technological University Dublin. She holds a Lean Green Belt, in Process Improvement in Health Systems from University College Dublin. She has in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and Irish Employment Law. She was a member of the HR and Governance subcommittee for Jigsaw Charity.

In her role as Head of Engagement, she will continue to develop a positive work journey for employees with the People & Culture Team by supporting our culture that promotes a positive work environment.

In her free time, she helps within the community and is involved with a local Scouts group. She enjoys water sports and hiking.
