Heather has joined the Environment & Planning Division as a Graduate Ecologist, having completed her Honours Degree in Zoology from the University of Galway in 2024. Prior to joining the Ecology team, Heather was part of the TOBIN team as an Administrator/Receptionist in the Galway Office, where she gained valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of the company.

During her studies, Heather gained experience in ecological field survey methods, data collection and analysis, and report writing. She also participated in field studies abroad in South Africa and Morocco.

In her role as Graduate Ecologist, Heather supports senior ecologists on a range of projects, developing her skills in field ecology and technical reporting.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, arts & crafts, and curling up with a good book.
