Cristiane has recently joined TOBIN’s Building and Infrastructure division as a Building Surveyor / BCAR Co-ordinator. She is a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and project management consultancy. Her expertise includes on-site project monitoring, inspections, ensuring project compliance, and preparing technical reports. She holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from IBMEC University, Brazil, in 2013.

She relocated to Ireland in 2019 and obtained a Level 6 qualification in Building Regulations & Regulatory Engineering from MTU Cork in 2022. Additionally, she became a Member of Engineers Ireland in 2021. Cristiane has a wealth of experience working across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects in Ireland, and she possesses knowledge of Building Control Regulations and Planning and Development Regulations in Ireland. In her spare time, Cristiane enjoys cooking, hiking, and travelling.
