Colm is a Chartered Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the design and construction of projects across the Building & Infrastructure Sector. Colm has worked on industrial, commercial, residential, retail, educational, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

He has delivered and overseen projects, guiding them from scheme design to handover. His expertise includes Structural Engineering design and detailing, project management, contract administration, and site supervision.

Colm graduated from the Limerick Institute of Technology in 2012 and completed his master’s degree at Edinburgh University in 2018, achieving first-class honours and winning the Institute of Structural Engineers Student Prize award. He is based in the Limerick Office, working in the Building and Infrastructure division.
