We’re very lucky at TOBIN, An AtkinsRéalis Company, to have colleagues from so many different cultures and countries. Recently, we celebrated South African Heritage Day with our team!
To mark the occasion, colleagues were encouraged to bring in their favourite dishes for everyone to enjoy. While we might not have had the sunshine for a traditional braai – the South African equivalent of a BBQ – there was certainly no shortage of delicious dishes across our offices, including koeksisters, boerewors, malva pudding, milk tart and pancakes!
It was a great opportunity to share food, learn more about South African culture and celebrate the diversity of our team.
