This transformative project will convert an 11.6-acre greenfield site into a vibrant residential neighbourhood. It will feature 102 units, comprising 67 houses and 35 apartments, alongside a childcare facility, commercial retail unit, and integrated woodland and parkland areas. This development aims to meet diverse resident needs while preserving the area’s natural charm.
