Exciting News! Planning Approval for Parson Street Residential Development in Maynooth for our client, Glenveagh Properties plc.
We’re thrilled to share that the Parson Street mixed-use development has been granted approval by An Bord Pleanála, after being submitted to Kildare County Council in March 2022.
This project will significantly enhance the heart of Maynooth, featuring 5,000m² of commercial space, while also addressing the growing need for residential accommodation in the area. A huge congratulations to the entire team for securing the green light!
