The TOBIN Building & Infrastructure Division delivers integrated engineering and consultancy services across Civil and Structural Engineering, Transportation, Solid Waste Management, Project Management, PSDP services, and Quantity Surveying. We work with both public and private sector clients, providing sustainable, value-driven solutions as Client Representative or within Design and Build teams.

Our team has extensive experience supporting projects from planning and detailed design through procurement, contract administration, and delivery, with proven expertise in liaising with statutory and regulatory authorities. Senior staff also provide specialist advice on Public Works Contracts, dispute resolution, and conciliation.

We offer turnkey solutions for building and infrastructure projects, supported by specialist expertise in the structural design of superstructures, substructures, foundations, and water-retaining structures. Our transportation capability is underpinned by specialist engineers skilled in modelling, pavement, alignment, and drainage design, including NRA-registered auditors.
