Brian Gallagher, Technical Director attended the Fáilte Ireland Greenway Development Learning Journey and Workshop in Tralee.
The aim of this workshop is to deliver commercially viable and sustainable greenways and to transform a piece of important infrastructure into a brilliant visitor experience. The workshop included a 25km cycle on the Limerick Greenway from Barnagh Bridge to Listowel. The Limerick Greenway follows the line of the old Limerick to Kerry Railway and the greenway continues on to Listowel as the North Kerry Greenway.
Attendees at the workshop included local authorities, Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Sports Ireland representatives.
