On 30th October, our early careers group came together with AtkinsRéalis for the Early Careers Live Event, an engaging day focused on learning, development, and connection. The event provided them with the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the business, build new relationships, and share experiences with their peers.
A highlight of the day was hearing from several of our graduates as they shared their personal career journeys, offering valuable insights into their experiences, key learnings, and professional development. We also heard from colleagues across the business, who reflected on their own career paths and the lessons they have learned along the way. Attendees further benefited from a series of inspiring talks delivered by senior leaders, who shared their perspectives on career growth, leadership, and future opportunities at AtkinsRéalis.
The event featured an interactive Ask Me Anything live panel, giving our early careers group the chance to put their questions directly to senior leaders and gain valuable advice and insights. They also completed a challenge centred around developing a personal vision and plan aligned to AtkinsRéalis’ vision. The day concluded with a fun and engaging team-building activity, encouraging collaboration, strengthening connections, and creating a memorable end to a successful event.
