Murtaza has joined TOBIN as a Project Engineer in 2024 in the Roads and Transportation Division. He previously worked as a Roadway Engineer in various countries including Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, in the Public and Private Sector and delivered the design, review, and Management of Roads and Infrastructure Projects from Concept till Construction in various phases of his career. His areas of expertise are Geometric Design of Roads and Highways, signing and marking, responding to RFI’s during the construction of projects, and stakeholder engagement. Murtaza is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by PMI USA. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (2006) and a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering (2015).

In his free time, he loves to watch sports, play cricket, exploring, and visiting different locations.
