Our Strategic Plan for 2010 to 2016 “One TOBIN, One Future” is built around the concept of understanding what the World will look like for our Clients and for ourselves in 2020 and in identifying the enablers, technologies and key ‘external environment’ factors which shape all of our futures. It focuses on understanding and anticipating our clients needs better than our competitors do, as well as focusing on the concept of demonstrably adding value to the individual projects which we deliver.

Our Strategy is based around the continuing development and increased specialisation of our three key business areas of ‘Water Services and Resources’, ‘Energy and Environment’ and ‘Civil Engineering Works & Infrastructure’ in our home market, in the United Kingdom and in Central Europe.

We aspire to be a company which delivers ‘great projects’ using the know-how, experience, resilience and commitment of our professionals, enhanced by our commitment to our Core Values.
